I can’t begin to tell you how much Christmas come true helped my family.  I have 2 degress and my husband drives trucks over the road.  Last Christmas I was the only one working then I lost my job three weeks before Christmas I couldn’t believe it.  Then Christmas Come True helped.

My 9-year-old didn’t have a bike and I had to take hers off layaway because I lost my job.  The bike must have 1000 miles on it right now and she even helps other kids learn how to ride theirs.  With out y’all this would never have happened.  She received an art table, she just loves it and my grandchildren like it too.  She received clothes too all the correct sizes and she put them on right away and said how soft they were. Now everyone needs to know my daughter still believes in Santa and some of the presents we marked from him.  She knew were having a hard time so she wrote Santa.  So thank you for letting her believe a little bit longer.

The dinner was fantastic, fresh veggies, turkey, and dessert, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.  Thank you for helping a family that couldnt keep the home and bills but Christmas would have been absolutely a disaster had it not been for all of y’all.

God bless, a family who is thankful.

Christmas Come True helped my family tremendously when the company that my husband worked for shut down.  Bills began to pile up only depending on my income.  At one point before Christmas we had to hurtfully explain to our children that we, as their parents, would not be able to get them gifts that year.   As much as it tore us to pieces emotionally , our children, 9 and 11 at that time, told us that they understood and only asked for a Christmas tree.  For them to wake up Christmas morning to have gifts under their tree was a real tear jerking moment for myself and my husband.  We will forever be grateful for Christmas Come True because of the name really speaks for itself.

Dear Christmas Come True,

I would first like to start by saying thank you, thank you, thank you to anyone who had a hand in making my children’s 2018 Christmas the best it has ever been.  I am truly grateful and would like to offer my sincerest appreciation to everyone involved from the smallest part to the largest, your efforts are dearly treasured.

My children received bikes, toys, clothes and stocking stuffers.  We had turkey, with sides, pie and cookies.  In addition, there was an issue with the size of my daughter’s bike however, I have able to exchange it for another and the training wheels were installed for me.  My children were so excited and I enjoyed watching them unwrap all the gifts.
I am a single mother of three girls who are 10, 6 and 4. I do not hav help with them and randomly receive child support.  Thus, it is extremely difficult to pay rent, bills, daycare, insurance, and car payments as well as provide a decent Christmas for my children.  At the same time, we lost so many belongings and were misplaced by hurricane Irma’s flooding, so 2018 was the first Christmas that we spent in our own place since the hurricane.  With all of that said, I have never receive help in this magnitude and last year’s Christmas present would not have been possible without your help.
God bless All of You

I’m a mother of four I do it everyday by myself.  Wanting to give up.  Feeling like a failure to my children because I’m broke.  I work a full-time job and I live paycheck to paycheck just to pay bills and take care of my family without Christmas come true my kids wouldn’t have anything to open Christmas morning.  This organization is God’s angels here to help people like me that are unable to provide Christ for their children.   I’m so thankful and grateful for the volunteers that take the time out of their own busy lives to make sure a person like me and my family are taking care of.  Thank you so much Christmas Come True God bless all of you!

Christmas Come True was TRULY a godsend this last Christmas for me and my five children.  I am a single mother who expected her life to go differently last year, but due to a rare heart condition. I was supposed to finish school in May and I am still trying to get back to it.  I filed for disability, but it can take a minimum of 2 years to get disability, so we are living within the grace of god day by day.  I was in the hospital more then I was out of it, starting in January.  I also needed a heart surgery procedure in November.  My heart condition gives me almost constant chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations, especially with more movement which does allow me much freedom.  I hated that my kids would suffer for my medical problems.  I hated that they would not have a Christmas, due to the fact of my disability.  Christmas Come True allowed for my children to have a Christmas filled with joy and no worries, they had presents like their friends and we were just a normal, happy family for the holiday.  Not only did Christmas Come True give my kids presents from Santa, cookies for Santa and a nice home cooked dinner.  The gifts whether clothes, or toys it seemed that the gifts were exactly what my kids needed.  The love and support of complete strangers to make sure my family had a CHRISTMAS WAS HUMBLING.  I only hope to be able to give back to the community the way it has given to me and my children.

Thank you for your compassion, you are truly a blessing to my families and all the families you help.
